During our recent stay at the Duck Inn, we discovered a serene retreat that truly catered to families. We were greeted warmly by the staff, who made check-in a breeze, even accommodating our flexible arrival time. Our spacious Twin Room was well-equipped, with two comfy chairs that were perfect for relaxing after our adventures in the surrounding countryside. One highlight was the breakfast that offered a range of options, including a full English and fresh juices—ideal for energizing young explorers! The kids particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, where they could roam freely and even play with the friendly house dog, adding to the family-friendly vibe. A minor hiccup was the room temperature; on a warm day, it felt a bit too cozy. The provided fan helped. The Duck Inn combined comfort and convenience, making it a great spot for families to unwind and recharge before continuing their journey. We’d happily return for another visit!
